8 Startups Ahead of the Pulse in Healthcare

AI enabled healthcare is swiftly becoming today’s reality, fueled by innovative startups in the field. These startups are leveraging GPUs to develop AI applications that can analyze large amounts of data, identify patterns, and inform a diagnosis.

At this year’s GPU Technology Conference (GTC), which takes place from March 17 to March 21 in San Jose, leaders from emerging startups will participate in talks, demos and poster presentations highlighting their cutting-edge solutions.

Here’s a preview of the top AI startups that will be showcasing healthcare innovations in areas that span medical imaging to drug discovery. These pioneers are members of NVIDIA’s Inception Program, a virtual accelerator program that supports exceptional startups during critical stages of product development, prototyping, and deployment.

InformAI provides healthcare organizations with AI-enabled image classification tools for assisting in the detection of medical conditions at the point of care and surgical risk predictors to provide additional insights to physicians for their patient treatment planning.

CEO Jim Havelka and his team will present demonstrations of their latest 3D MRI/CT image classification algorithms for paranasal sinuses and brain cancer, as well as their patient outcome predictive tools.

Proscia developed AI algorithms that assist in the diagnosis of cancer and automate laboratory workflows using digital pathology images.
